Buckeye Complete Auto Care

My first time using Buckeye Complete Auto Care was fantastic! Angela was BEYOND AMAZING! She was attentive to my concerns about the vehicle and gave me a loaner car to use while the repairs were being done. The pricing was very affordable and I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

I got a diagnostic with them & was told my engine needed replaced & would run from 15k-20k. I did end up picking up my vehicle because any time I asked a question I was met with irritation and told to just replace the engine. When I asked for a receipt and paperwork from the diagnostic I never got it, I’ve called multiple times to get the paper work & now it just rings busy. Turns out, my turbo charger ended up needing replaced, which turned out to be a $500 fix. I had high hopes from the reviews but I’d definitely go elsewhere before you bring it here.

Needed my exhaust repaired, since I'm only keeping the truck for another 6 months. 3 other places would only do a complete replacement for $1300+. I found Buckeye Complete Auto online and they were fantastic. From diagnosis' to completed repair was 2 hours and only $250. They even took my out and showed me the problem while the truck was up on the lift so I could see for myself! Thank you everyone for an awesome experience!!!

After having the car towed to the shop just after 10 am, the repair was completed at 3:24 pm; tie rod replacement and alignment. The alignment sheet was presented along with a complete inspection. Total for the job was $437.56 after-tax, beating Boyd's before-tax quote of $456.97 (!). I am satisfied with the condition of my vehicle and I believe I paid a fair price. Their inspection noted several items that I may allow them to take care of in the future. Angela and John were easy to work with and maintained transparency throughout the process. I would recommend BCAC to family and friends!

I recently visited here and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly helpful and approachable. They took the time to provide me with honest options for repair, replacement, and the potential consequences of not addressing certain issues. Unlike other shops that try to push unnecessary services and parts, their approach felt genuinely honest and customer-focused. One thing that really stood out was their transparency. They invited me to the repair area and explained everything in detail. They showed me what parts of my car were in good shape and pointed out areas that needed attention. For instance, they found a loose bolt and expla…
