Westerville Automotive Uptown

From my initial service 3 weeks ago to my 3rd most recent service I will say I am very impressed and pleased with the professionalism, kindness and reasonable pricing of Westerville Automotive. I dealt with both Chris and Kyle and both were easy to work with and kept me updated on what was going on with my car. I needed a ride home one day, which they provided free of service and the gentleman who gave me a ride was very nice and personable. I got both my marker lights repaired; my under carriage protection plate replaced; an oil change; sparks plugs replaced and coolant recharged. I would highly recommend Westerville Automotive for all your car repair needs!!

Just had an oil change and an overall checkon my 2008 Acura RL. Everyone I dealt with was super helpful, friendly, honest and kind. I am new to Westerville, and will be using them for all my automotive needs.

I have had excellent service here both times my car was in. The techs were able to diagnose the problem and repair it. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the current market. Had to wait longer than I wanted, but other shops in the area were just as busy. The service writer was very friendly and accessible, never made me feel like an annoyance for calling in to touch base. Highly recommend this service center, and will be back when I need service on my vehicles. UPDATE: These guys continue to impress. My Murano needed a new radiator, oil pan, etc..they came in under budget and ahead of schedule. Always courteous to my wife when she is in, even stayed late for intake. Can'…

Kind, honest, hard working people. They evaluated my car and helped me figure out the reason my steering wheel was shaking. They didn’t need to do the original service I scheduled and didn’t charge me for the evaluation. They could of fixed my alignment regardless and charged me but that wasn’t the issue. These are good and honest people. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Having a mechanical shop you can trust is critical I’m very happy with Brad and the crew for being honest understanding and professional. They always give me great service at a fair price.
